Studio Policy
At Pure Motion, we’re committed to providing a welcoming and respectful experience for our clients and instructors.
Please review our studio policies carefully:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 12 hours of the class start time will result in forfeiture of the session.
No class extensions or credits will be provided for late cancellations.
Membership Holders: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start time will incur a AED 40 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a booked class without canceling will lose the session or incur the applicable fee, based on their membership or package.
Check-In Policy
Please do not check in if you are not attending the class.
This rule applies to everyone. If you cannot make it to class, you will not be permitted to check in on behalf of yourself or anyone else.
Violating this policy goes against our studio guidelines and may result in suspension of membership.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the class and will lose the session.
We encourage arriving at least 5 minutes early for check-in.
Pre-Bookings Only
All classes must be pre-booked, no walk ins permitted
